Fully degradable material modification workshop

Independent innovation has overcome the modification process of biodegradable materials, and polylactic acid-based materials have been patented and mass-produced.
Ten production lines are in operation, with an annual output of 85,000 tons. With scale and technology leading the country, it has laid a solid foundation for the environmental protection industry.
Blow molding workshop

Our company is equipped with two-step and one-step blowing equipment, and with the cooperation of many professional R&D personnel, we can customize various bottle shapes to meet customer needs. Its products are currently mainly used in catering packaging, special-shaped cosmetics, baby products and various household daily necessities.
Straw/Paper Straw Workshop

The workshop is equipped with nearly 80 high-speed straw machines, focusing on the production of fully biodegradable heat-resistant and PLA cold drink straws. The products meet the vigorous market demand and are favored by many tea and coffee chain brands.
There is also an efficient team composed of engineers, technical experts and industry consultants with rich experience in the development and application of robotic arms.
Blister workshop

There are two existing blister workshops, including two digital production lines. With PLM as the leading factor and MES as the key, the top blister equipment is used to achieve system and equipment interoperability. With automatic conveying, printing, packing, palletizing robots and AGV car intelligent logistics, a fully automatic unmanned production line is achieved, with a single line daily production capacity of 60,000 pieces.
Fully degradable film bag workshop

It was officially put into operation in 2020. It is equipped with 20 multi-color blown film printing production lines and more than 10 bag-making equipment. It has 6-color printing capabilities and can customize fully biodegradable bag products such as point-break flat-mouth bags, vest-type bags, and special-shaped dense bags to meet customer needs in all aspects.
Automated packaging workshop(tableware pack)

It has multiple automated production lines for tableware packaging, and the production of multiple tableware, seasoning packets, and napkins is mechanized. Its intelligent manufacturing production line has won many invention and utility model patents, and can cope with customers' large-volume orders and customized needs, efficiently and professionally.
Paper Product Workshop

The zanbio paper products workshop focuses on the manufacturing of paper straws, paper cups, paper trays and other products. In the industry, quality and production capacity are both key. In particular, the paper straw workshop has a high level of automation, with a daily production capacity of up to 10 million pieces.
Injection workshop

The company currently has 5 injection molding workshops equipped with nearly 200 injection molding machines. It has been engaged in the injection molding field for more than ten years. It is not only the drafter of many national standards, but also a global leader in the industry with outstanding strength and a solid position.
